Don assists with economic valuations and reserve estimations for royalty properties. A Certified Petroleum Geologist, with over thirty years of experience, Don has held positions with Texaco, Denbury Resources, and Oakmont Minerals. His wide-ranging experience includes: reservoir and reserve determinations to accurately assess current and future well performance, seismic mapping and interpretations to determine properties’ economic values, and deal structuring and lease negotiations to ensure compliance with mineral and surface interests. A member of the American Association of Petroleum Geologists and the Dallas Geological Society, Don holds an M.B.A. from the University of New Orleans and a B.S. in Geology from Auburn University.
